Prince Interior Vocational Training Institution Ltd/Gte (PIVTIL) sits at the intersection of interior craftsmanship, furniture design, and bold entrepreneurial ambition. We exist to develop world-class artisans, designers, and business owners who carry the banner of Made-in-Nigeria excellence with pride and profitability.

We do not merely teach a trade — we cultivate a mindset, shape a business, and build a legacy. From the complete beginner taking their very first step, to the experienced craftsman seeking to scale, to the professional upgrading in the interior and design space, PIVTIL meets every student exactly where they are and takes them further than they imagined possible.

Dr. Prince Emeka Egwuekwe is a master craftsman, entrepreneur, and visionary educator whose entire career has been built through the discipline of doing — not theory, not inheritance, but skill, precision, and the relentless pursuit of excellence.

His journey into the furniture industry began at the workshop floor. From his very first job, he demonstrated both technical mastery and an instinct for mentorship. The 15 men he first trained went on to bring 29 more. Those early graduates became the mentors. Some are millionaires today.

After training over 500 people informally, Dr. Egwuekwe made the decision to build a permanent institution. He purchased plots, started construction, and in 2023 formally registered PIVTIL. The building is 85% complete — built with no external funding, no grants, and no borrowed resources.
