The Origin Story

How PIVTIL was born.

It begins with a young man, a first job, and a large order that changed everything. Dr. Prince Egwuekwe realized that to fulfil orders at the level of quality the market demanded, the people around him needed proper training — not just general skills, but precision in every discipline.

"I needed people who could do each part with precision. Not rough work — but as a craft. So, I pushed them to train. Each one mastered their area. That was how we could guarantee delivery." — Dr. Prince Emeka Egwuekwe, Director/Founder

Those first 15 men he trained went on to bring 29 more. Knowledge passed from craftsman to craftsman. Today, many run their own workshops. Some are millionaires.
